Kiefer is working on a goal setting program for our church, and one of the goals he has to accomplish is to be able to cook 4 simple meals. They are supposed to be meals a missionary (or a college student) would be able to make. Think simple-both in preparation and in ingredients needed, and send me some good ones! He came up with a few simple ones, like spaghetti (with store bought sauce), tacos, hamburgers and mac and cheese. But I am thinking he'd be better off choosing actual recipes that he has to prepare, not just packaged meals.
